Tired after a long day? Setting aside just five minutes every evening can help skin renew itself as you sleep with this simple 4-Step Beauty Routine:
1. Remove All Makeup
An absolute must. Sleeping with makeup on can clog your pores and cause acne, and eye makeup like mascara can dry out lashes, or (even worse) cause them to fall out over time. We suggest wetting a cotton ball with a few drops of jojoba oil and wiping it over eyes and face. This not only removes makeup naturally, it also gives skin a boost of moisture.
2. Gently Cleanse
