Nurturing, healing, loving, and giving…few words embody these qualities quite like “Mother.” It’s no wonder the essence of the earth has been affectionately called Mother Nature for centuries and across cultures. Moms and nature feed us body and soul, tenderly nourishing us so we can live healthily and happily.

This month, as we celebrate Moms and all they’ve given us, we invite you to give back. Choose a gift for your mother from our nourishing hair and body products Fresh From Nature and you could win one too!

HOW TO ENTER:
What is the greatest gift your mother ever gave you? What is the greatest gift you’ve received from Mother Nature? Answer in one of the following ways to enter!

We’ll pick 10 lucky winners at random on 5/11/12. Each entrant will receive two sets of their preferred product from our Fresh From Nature hair and body products. Keep one for you and give the other one to Mom!

@AnnsTipToes on Twitter I gave my mom money and we took her out to eat at her favorite restaurant. She helps take care of my 4 yr. old and we took care of her for thanking her. Mother Nature gave to me beautiful coily (curly) hair that I love to take care of with nature's bountiful resources; coconut oil products. Love the Coconut conditioner and body lotion!

The greatest gift I ever received from my mother has been her unconditional love, support, and guidance. She has taught me the value of compassion, kindness, friendship, morals, and so much more....from cooking, cleaning, ironing, to the importance of laughter and family, manners, to be creative, to enjoy and be inspired by nature. As a child, I remember lying on a blanket in the backyard watching clouds float overhead, birds fly by and treetops swaying. I remember picking flowers (or just pretty weeds) and bringing them to my mother. I remember Mom pressing Autumn leaves I'd collected between sheet of wax paper to hang them on my wall. She taught me how to be compassionate and gentle with animals....to love and respect all creation. Mother Nature is a lot like my Mom....the gifts are constant and endless. Sunlight each day, moonlight each night, spring flowers, autumn leaves, rivers, beaches, mountains and wonderful fields of wildflowers are all gifts of Mother Nature. Rain, rainbows, the awesomeness of thunder and lighting, the quiet still softness of winter snow & beauty of a cardinal on a snowy branch. Mother Nature has also taught me to respect and appreciate all of creation....to be inspired by every small wonder. To both Mothers ~ thank you for the gifts for which I can never repay, you have my constant, undying love and admiration. I can only hope to pass the gifts you've given me along to my own children someday. I'd love for my Mother to enjoy the Coconut Collection of hair and body products. (My Mom also gave me my curly hair ;o) We can both use the extra moisture. To all the Mothers ~ my gratitude is endless!

The greatest gift my mother ever gave me was lessons on becoming a WOMAN! It ain't easy! And of course I'd get her the coconut shampoo and conditioner! We argue over who loves the scent of it more, me or her LOL!

The best gift I've ever received from my loving Mom is a healthy childbirth. Thanks for doing it right, Mom. From Mother Nature, the most awesome gift is the bountiful fruits and vegetables which prompted me to grow my own, become a vegetarian, and then a vegan. Thanks to both mommies. I am truly grateful!!

The greatest gift my mother gave me was always letting me help he in the kitchen, i used to love doing it, and now i'm a great cook for my family! And the greatest gift mother nature has given me is my 2 girls of course!!

The greatest gift my Mom ever gave me was a tiny statue of St. Christopher. I have had it for over 50 years. I named my second son Christopher and I gifted it to him to protect him in his travels! The greatest gift that nature gave me was strong shapely legs that take serve me well when I travel!

The greatest gift my Mom ever gave me, besides the obvious {unconditional love, emotional support, etc} was a lilac bush from the house we grew up in. You could say it is the greatest gift from Mom and from nature! My Mom surprised me with it on Mother's Day about 6 years ago, she came over with it in the back of my cousin's truck and she helped me pick a prominent spot to plant it in our yard. She taught me how to properly plant it to insure that each year it would come back. So every year, right around Mother's Day I have a beautiful lilac bush to enjoy visually as well as fragrantly and now our children have the same pleasurable experience watching it each year as I did when I was growing up. In fact, as I type right now I am looking at it almost in full bloom! Thank you for allowing me to share my story and I have enjoyed reading what others have written as well. Happy Mother's Day to all the Moms!!

the greatest gift my mother gave me was freedom to make my own decisions. And supporting me in the bad and celebrating the good ones. My best gift from mother nature? Being seizure free for 7 years, and learning to even appreciate insects through macro photography.
